Light Reforms Necessary
This property is built on a loam soil near the river. Two extensions were added to the original foundations. This results in cracks appearing where the additional foundations join onto the main build. It may seem strange but the solution is just to render the cracks every couple of years and carry on enjoying the marvellous location. In addition, the road is a dirt track for part of it and a Hilux or 4 x 4 is recommended.
Perfect Location
Unrivalled location at the foot of the Alcornocales Natural Park – a wonderful cork oak forest of many hectares in a beautifully peaceful part of San Pablo de Buceite. There are a host of facilities nearby. The village is approximately 2 km away and has two supermarkets, a health centre, pharmacy and primary school. There is also a yoga centre and many different artesenal pursuits from pottery to candle making. The property is a kilometre and a half from the main road and as such is best suited to people with their own transport. Part of the access road is asphalted and part is a dirt road that can be a challenge without a 4 x 4 because of the dips and pot holes.
