This is an ideal opportunity for artists. Surrounded by nature and with beautiful natural light. It is also steeped in history, with a converted mill house that produced flour over the centuries for the locals. In addition there is another residential property with a downstairs work shop and bathroom. Inside there is a large sitting room with stone floor and an independent kitchen. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with separate bathroom and a studio which could also be a further bedroom. The bedroom has a covered terrace to soak up the winter sun or open up to let the other seasons in.
This finca is located at the top of Jimena de la Frontera close to the Los Alcornocales park and with direct access to a natural lake. While the lake is also for locals to use, it is empty for very long stretches of time and feels like your own private lake.
These 2 properties each have their own cadastral reference and share the same title deeds at land registry.
