(They in turn may have used Neanderthal or Phonecian markers). Mankind has always chosen this as an ideal place to live  with its sunny clime and natural water source. Nestled in the Los Alcornocales Natural Park it is in commuting distance with Gibraltar, Ronda and the coast.

As you would expect, we require character and solvency references and 2 months fully returnable deposit. Tenants do not pay any commissions or council taxes but do pay fuel and water bills.

There is also a possibility of renting with option to buy which would allow rent to be deducted from the purchase price (65,000€ ). A 10% deposit would be needed and a date purchase would take place, maximum 2 years rental. This would change the type of rental to that of a permanent home.
