House available for long term rental. 3 bed 2 bath (one room used for storage of owner’s things). Enter via a narrow front door into a passageway. Here there is a staircase to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms but the first one will contain the owner’s possessions and stay locked. The second one is past the first bathroom with full bath. It is possible to walk through this main bedroom to the inner patio and then to the third bedroom which can be accessed independently from the back of the house. This bedroom has an en suite shower room.
Inverted ‘V’ shape
The inner patio has an external staircase that leads to the terrace on the first floor and to the back of the kitchen on the first floor. So there is an inner staircase at the front door and an external one. The back bedroom can be accessed via the main bedroom, via the back lane behind the property or via the stair cases.
Utility Bills not Included
The rental is 550 € per month plus water, electricity, gas and wood payable on top.
References and Deposit
Character and solvency references needed (pay slips, contract of employment / accountant’s letter for example). Two month’s deposit required plus a month’s rent before moving in to the property. The deposit is returned when you leave.
Street Parking
There is space for each owner/tenant to park his or her own car in the lane, usually outside their own property. Once parked, you are within walking distance of tapas bars and other amenities. Jimena de la Frontera has a chemist’s, day hospital, health centre, schools, municipal pool, builder’s merchants supermarkets’, butchers’ etc etc etc.
