This property in Jimena de la Frontera is a gem. It is one of the few remaining old style homes and has an abundance of features that are so fashionable these days. It is a two storeyed residence. The front door leads straight into the sitting room which you walk through to reach the dining area and from there the kitchen and outhouse. There is a shower tray in a corner of the kitchen which could be reformed to incorporate part of the laundry area to make a second bathroom. The bathroom is at the front of the property and has a three quarter length bath. This room could be tiled to give a warmer feel. The staircase leads up to three bedrooms all with original flooring. Almost all the ceilings have wooden beams and downstairs there is a small patio with back door which leads into the back lane. Bare Bones Reforms

The roof currently has some corrugated asbestos panels but the wooden beams and supporting joists appear of solid construction. There are wonderful views upstairs that could be amplified.
